Alexanda Falls in Black River National Park

Despite the title, you won't see a waterfall here, but it's a beautiful place and worth a visit. The Mauritians have built a good car park and walking paths. There is a viewing platform, but you can't see the waterfall from it; you can only see it from a drone.










The trail to another waterfall, Cascade 500 Pieds, starts here. The trail is not easy (download maps.me), but the place is beautiful (google.maps). We couldn't go because of our small children, but we'll try next time.
