Malaysia

In Malaysia, we have been so far only in two places. In the capital Kuala Lumpur we visited the Butterfly Park and the Batu Caves.

Some of the movies in which you can see Malaysia:

Entrapment
(1999) - this film introduced Petronas Towers to the world. The final scene on the towers is really cool (video).

The Apocalypse Code
(2007) - a failed Russian film, but with a good jump from Petronas Towers with a parachute (video).

Police Story 3 (1992) - from the time of filming this movie with Jackie Chan, Merdeka Square remained unchanged (video).

Anna and the King (1999) - a large part of this famous movie was shot in Malaysia, mostly on the island of Penang (video).

Indochine (1992) - another well-known movie, which won an Oscar for best foreign film. Film partly in Malaysia (video).

Man vs Wild (2011) - in an episode of the sixth season Bear Grillz "survives" on the Borneo island.

Sleeping Dictionary (2003) - this movie with Jessica Alba was shot in Malaysia.
